In Photoshop CS2.

Duplicate the base and set to screen, opacity 75%.

Make a new selective colour layer:

REDS
Cyan : -60%
Magenta : -10%
Yellow : 100%
Black : 70%

YELLOWS
Black : 100%

GREENS
Cyan : 100%

BLUES
Cyan : 100%

MAGENTAS
Cyan : -100%
Black : 100%

WHITES
Black : -40%

BLACKS
Black : 14%

Make a new hue/saturation layer:

REDS
Saturation : 20

CYANS
Saturation : 50

Make a new colour balance layer:

SHADOWS
Colour levels : -10 +25 -10

Make a new channel mixer layer:

RED
Red : 106%

And you're done!

This is so amazing! I was wondering if you could uplaod a .psd. I don't have selective coloring and .psds let me use it. If you don't want to I totally understand. Anyway, thanks for the tut, it's really beautiful!
